A Softy membership is a monthly box of diapers, with or without Calm Cloth wipes, that renews automatically every month until you cancel. Your plan, size and phrase are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

If you join on or before 11:59pm Eastern on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, your monthly price stays at the rate in the middle column for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at the time you rejoin applies. Sales tax is added where required. Shipping cost shows at checkout.
When you’re charged
We charge your payment method when you join, and then automatically once a month on the same date, until you cancel. Each charge covers the next box.
Skip, pause, rush or switch
You can skip a month, pause, rush your next box, change your plan, switch sizes, or change your phrase at any time before your next charge, in your account. Changes made after a box is charged apply to the following box.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime, with no fees and no minimum. Cancel online in your account or by emailing us. Cancel before your next charge date and you won’t be charged again. We’ll confirm every cancellation by email.
If our prices change
If we ever change the price of your plan, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you’d like. Members who joined by Nov 25, 2026 keep their locked-in price while their membership stays active.
If a payment doesn’t go through
We’ll email you and try again over the next few days. Your box ships once the payment succeeds. If it still doesn’t go through, we’ll pause your membership until you update your card.
