We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping cost shows at checkout.
When your box arrives
Your box ships in 1 to 2 business days. We email you a tracking link the day it leaves.
If a box is ever running late, we’ll email you before it’s due with a new date, and you can choose to cancel the order for a full refund instead.
Monthly boxes
After your first box, a new one ships every month on the same schedule. You can skip, rush, pause, or switch sizes before any box is charged, in your account.
Returns
Something wrong with your order, like a damaged pack or the wrong size? Email us and we’ll help.
Ordered the wrong size?
Switch sizes in your account before your next box ships. Unopened packs of the old size can come back for a refund under the return policy above.
Shipping protection
Add shipping protection at checkout for $3.99 a box. It’s optional. If a protected box is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll send a replacement free.
Boxes without protection
If a box without shipping protection goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
