About these terms
These terms apply when you use our site or buy from Softy. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our membership terms, shipping & returns policy, and privacy policy.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. Pricing, billing dates and how to cancel are explained in our membership terms.
Using our products
Choose the size that matches your baby’s weight, check the fit at every change, and never leave a baby unattended on a changing surface. Stop using a product and talk to your pediatrician if you notice irritation or a rash that doesn’t go away. Product details on our site describe our current specification and may be updated as our products improve.
Our content
The Softy name, the phrases, our photos, and the rest of the site are ours. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without permission. When you post with #Softy, you allow us to reshare your post with credit, and we’ll always ask before using it in an ad.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Softy is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where your local law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders placed after that date.
